杜邦ZYTEL尼龍介紹

聚酰胺(PA，俗稱尼龍)是美國DuPont公司先開發用于纖維的樹脂，于1939年實現工業化。20世紀50年始開發和生產注塑制品，以取代金屬滿足下游工業制品輕量化、降低成本的要求。PA具有良好的綜合性能，包括力學性能、耐熱性、耐磨損性、耐化學藥品性和自潤滑性，且摩擦系數低，有一定的阻燃性，易于加工，適于用玻璃纖維和其它填料填充增強改性，提高性能和擴大應用范圍。PA的品種繁多，有PA6、PA66、PAll、PAl2、PA46、PA610、PA612、PAl010等，以及近幾年開發的半芳香族尼龍PA6T和特種尼龍等新品種。
PA6又名尼龍6是半透明或不透明乳白色粒子，具有熱塑性、輕質、韌性好、耐化學品和耐久性好等特性，一般用于汽車零部件、機械部件、電子電器產品、工程配件等產品。
PA66（聚酰胺66或尼龍66），同PA6相比，PA66更廣泛應用于汽車工業、儀器殼體以及其它需要有抗沖擊性和高強度要求的產品。
PA66注塑工藝

干燥處理：如果加工前材料是密封的，那么就沒有必要干燥。然而，如果儲存容器被打開，那么建議在85℃的熱空氣中干燥處理。如果濕度大于0.2%，還需要進行105℃，12小時的真空干燥。
