990XCP98000繼電器與晶體管輸出的主要差別
　　由于繼電器與晶體管工作原理的不同，導(dǎo)致了兩者的工作參數(shù)存在了較大的差異，下面以艾默生EC系列PLC相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為例進(jìn)行比較說(shuō)明（輸出口主要規(guī)格參見(jiàn)表1）
　　（1）驅(qū)動(dòng)負(fù)載不同
　　繼電器型可接交流220V或直流24V負(fù)載，沒(méi)有極性要求；晶體管型只能接直流24V負(fù)載，有極性要求。
　　繼電器的負(fù)載電流比較大可以達(dá)到2A，晶體管負(fù)載電流為0.2-0.3A。同時(shí)與負(fù)載類型有關(guān)，具體參見(jiàn)表1。

   （2）響應(yīng)時(shí)間不同
　　繼電器響應(yīng)時(shí)間比較慢（約10ms-20ms），晶體管響應(yīng)時(shí)間比較快，約0.2ms-0.5ms，Y0、Y1甚至可以達(dá)到10 us。
 
   （3）使用壽命不同

　　繼電器由于是機(jī)械元件受到動(dòng)作次數(shù)的壽命限制，且與負(fù)載容量有關(guān)，詳見(jiàn)表2，從表中可以看出，隨著負(fù)載容量的增加，觸點(diǎn)壽命幾乎按級(jí)數(shù)減少。晶體管是電子原件只有老化，沒(méi)有使用壽命限制。
