用以治療開角型青光眼、高眼壓癥以及防治眼前節(jié)激光手術(shù)后的眼壓升高。與其他降眼壓藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用有加強(qiáng)作用。單獨(dú)使用本品降眼壓幅度達(dá)20.2%，聯(lián)合用藥眼壓進(jìn)一步下降16.9%。本品和聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的降眼壓效果比與多佐胺和聯(lián)合應(yīng)用強(qiáng)，而不及拉坦前列腺素和聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的效果。
