進口高壓電磁閥概述：

　進口高壓電磁閥分直動式和先導式兩種結構原理，設計的三維密封結構可靈活選配不同的密封材料，閥門可達零泄漏．高壓電磁閥有黃銅高壓電磁閥和不銹鋼高壓電磁閥．

進口高壓電磁閥安裝注意事項：

　　1、安裝前應參閱該產品的使用說明書,是否符合你的使用要求。 

　　2、管路使用之前應沖洗干凈,介質不清潔的應安裝過濾器,以防止雜質妨礙電磁閥的正常工作。 

3、長時間停用后的電磁閥,應排清凝結物后方便使用;拆洗時各零件要按順序放好再恢復原狀裝好。 

　　4、電磁閥一般是單向工作的,不能反裝,閥上箭頭是管路流體的運動方向,必須保持一致。 

　　5、電磁閥在結冰場所重新工作時應加熱處理,或設置保溫措施。 

6、電磁閥安裝一般閥體水平,線圈垂直向上,有部分產品可以任意安裝,但在條件允許時好垂直,以增長使用壽命。 

7、電磁線圈引出線(接插件)連接好后,應確認是否牢固,聯接電器元件觸點不應抖動,松動將引起電磁閥不工作。連續要生產工作的電磁閥,好采用旁路,便于檢修,不影響生產。

工作原理：

　　　常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。

　　　常開：當線圈通電時，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。

How it works:
