供電局簽訂的供電合同中的有關電耗指標，可以通過軟件的“負荷管理”功能優(yōu)化如圖4。通過實時的負荷曲線和歷史負荷曲線趨勢分析，可消除或避免高峰用電，或不履行供電合同而招致的罰款。按負荷重要性的列表文件管理負荷，通過自動控制，切換或卸負荷等手段，使系統(tǒng)按合同的電耗指標經濟運行。
